Psalm 34:5 says, “They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.” The change in that verse begins with where they looked. It is possible to spend a whole day beholding a shortcoming: replaying a failure, measuring yourself against someone else, or studying every reason you might not be enough.
