Romans 12:1:I beseech you… by… [this mercy]… , that ye present your bodies a living [what?] {sacrifice,}… Now, the reason I know He says this here, because I know the record in the Old Testament. In the Old Testament, God never wanted sacrifice, you know. A lot of things He didn't want. He didn't want kings, He didn't want judges, He didn't want anything like that. He wants to be their God. They were supposed to have a connection; and God would tell the men of God what to do, and the people were supposed to carry it out.
