You know, the Book of Acts, the church and the pastoral epistles, are God's masterwork of genius in writing to us His divine mercy and grace. We are sons of God's eternal love. Almost everybody knows from memory John 3:16, at least, if you've been a religious person. You may not know too many verses in scripture, but about everybody knows John 3:16. John 3:16:For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. In 1 John, the epistle of 1 John, in chapter 3, verse 1. 1 John 3:1-2:Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. We are sons of God's love. God in Christ did a perfect work for us, fulfilling all of God's claims of justice. And He has done a perfect work in us, for we are a new race of men and women. And the Lord Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father and he is making intersession
