The Almighty God = El-Shaddai

Now, what does it mean in the Word when our God who is Elohim, He’s also Jehovah, but He is also El Shaddai. El. The Almighty God? What does the word mean? Well, look at it. Genesis 17:1:… [He] said… [to] him, I am the Almighty [what?] God; walk before me, and be thou [what?] perfect. This is its first occurrence in the Bible. And the first occurrence here is a beautiful example of the use of the words ‘Almighty God’. I use it so many times. If you were alert tonight, when I opened the evening here with prayer how did I start? Almighty God unto whom every heart is what? That's how I started. I do not do these things haphazardly. Why should we? Because the Word of God is the will of God. I know what the words ‘Almighty God’ stand for, I know what they mean biblically. And this first occurrence here of its usage in Genesis 17 is real neat. Genesis 17:1:I am the Almighty [whom?] {God;} walk before me, [walk before me] and be thou perfect.
