Because you have Christ in you the hope of glory. That stone whom the builders rejected, who is the living stone, is now living within you. Look once more at Verse 8: “And a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence, even to them which [who] stumble at the Word.” Jesus Christ and anyone who believes in Jesus Christ will be a stone of stumbling. He will be a rock of offence to those who stumble at The Word, who don’t believe God’s Word,
