For bodily exercise profiteth little, but godliness is profitable unto all things, having the promise of the life that now is, and of that which is and of that which is to come. I think about our children and grandchildren and all our young believers. So many wonderful things in this life as they grow and learn, academic endeavors, sports, business pursuits, etc. And they all are Wonderful! Yet, the greatest pursuit, is to Know and LOVE God. Godliness is a vital, spiritual relationship with Our Heavenly Father. That relationship is the most important in Life, and it pays off now and in the future. Jeremiah 9:23, 24 Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgement. and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord. Nothing compares with our Children knowing HIM. This world is dark and needs THE LIGHT.
