Until a man is born again of God's Spirit. He has none of His. It is when we accept the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior, that then we become children of God. God is our Father, I am his son, or we are His children. Just like from a human point of view, I am the son of my mother, and my father, I am the son, their son, because of birth. So and I am born again of God's Spirit, I am God's Son, or you're God's daughter, because of birth. Now, having been born into the wherewithal, family, I have certain legal rights even in the state of Ohio, or any other state. Why? Because I am a legally a son, you as a son or a daughter, in your father's family, you have certain legal rights. Now, when we are born again of God's Spirit, we become sons of God. And as sons of God, we also have some legal rights, these legal rights in my foundational class on power for abundant living, I call your sonship rights. What are your sonship rights? This is what I want to teach in part tonight. Because if you do not know what you have in Christ, Jesus, you cannot utilize it. If you do not know that you have $1 in your pocket or in your purse, you couldn't spend it. Even if you weren't starving to death. You couldn't spend it if you did not know you had it, right.
