The Gospel of Matthew chapter 12. And while you are turning to the Gospel of Matthew, may I please remind you of something which you already know. It has been a common teaching among all Christian denominations, and that is that Jesus Christ died on Good Friday and that he arose again on Easter Sunday morning. I believe that all of us perhaps here in the auditorium, in the Bible Research Center, tonight , who are church people, and of course most of you are church people who are here. You have been in the church. You are born and raised in the church perhaps. And I think we were basically all taught the same thing, that Christ died on Friday afternoon at 3 o’clock our time, and he arose again early on Easter Sunday Morning. Now since, everyone thinks it common teaching, therefore everybody accepts it as Bible, even though they never have studied the Bible to find out what it really says. They read the Bible, don’t misunderstand me, man may read the Bible, but there is a difference between reading it and studying it. For when you study it, it begins to unfold and you get to see something. Reading it you will just read into it your preconceived ideas, that all. Now tonight we’re dealing with this subject, which of course, most people perhaps listening by radio simply say well, “He is just trying to pick some bones.” I am not trying to pick some bones. I don’t have to pick any bones. I don’t owe anybody anything. They don’t owe me anything. All I have to do is to be honest with God’s Word. We are a Bible research center. We don’t approach the Bible in the way most people do; with their theological biase
