I really do not want to teach chapter three, I want to teach part of chapter four. But in order to understand the fourth chapter, we will have to read the third chapter. on many occasion or number numerous occasions, I have taught among our people, the third chapter. And of course, tonight, I do not feel that I want to particularly deal with that third chapter. But there are some tremendous things in that fourth chapter that I would like to share with our people tonight. But we're going to read, I'm going to read the third chapter, and begin with the first verse. But before I read this, remember historically, that this occurred sometime shortly after the day of Pentecost. And on the Day of Pentecost, these apostles were first born again of God's Spirit, and filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, on the day of Pentecost. And after the day of Pentecost, in chapter three, verse one, you have this record, not Peter and John went up together in the temple at the hour of prayer being the ninth hour, the ninth hour is three o'clock in the afternoon, our time. This is Jewish time, it's written in here. Verse two, on a certain man laying from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple, which is called Beautiful to ask arms of them that entered into the temple. One of the reasons I want to teach the fourth chapter tonight is because the last time I taught this, I had to explain it to six people after the service or that following week, six or seven, who said to me,
