Think of one person you are likely to meet, message, or remember. Ask yourself: what would patience look like with this person? What would kindness look like? Perhaps it means listening without preparing your reply. Perhaps it means giving credit, releasing an old score, answering gently, or doing one generous thing that cannot repay you.
